1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Rixxa, you agree to follow these rules. If you are using Rixxa on behalf of an organization (like a club or event brand), you agree to these terms for that organization.

2. Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you are responsible for the accuracy of your event details. Rixxa is a platform for ticket sales; we are not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, or the quality of the actual event.

3. Payments & Payouts

Rixxa processes payments through secure gateways. Payouts to organizers are typically processed within 24-48 hours after the successful completion of an event, subject to verification.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by the event organizer. Rixxa will only issue a direct refund if the event is proven to be fraudulent or if the organizer authorizes the transaction reversal through our dashboard.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use Rixxa to promote illegal activities, hate speech, or fraudulent ticket sales. We reserve the right to delete any event that violates these standards without notice.
